The rating system evaluates solutions across six key dimensions with specific point allocations:

Definition: How well the solution addresses a clearly identified and significant problem aligned with global challenges.

Definition: The degree of novelty, creativity, and differentiation from existing solutions.

Definition: The expected scale and depth of positive change, with potential for long-term, systemic, and self-sustaining results.
